Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains approving the application submitted on behalf of Westmoreland Lofts, LLC, (“Applicant”) for Special Permit and Site Plan Approval in connection with the proposed mixed use development of the property located at 136-158 Westmoreland Avenue (Section 130.25, Block 4, Lots 2, 3, and 4), including a five and one-half story, approximately 70 foot mixed use building with sixty two (62 dwelling units on floors two through five and ground floor non-residential retail and light manufacturing space, such building being located in the LI-M Light Industrial Residential Mixed Use Zoning District, and further approving payment by the Applicant of a Fee-in-Lieu of park or recreational facilities on site in the amount of $174,000 to be used exclusively for park, playground and other recreational purposes, including the acquisition of real property by the City of White Plains, to mitigate the recreational impact of the new multi-family project in accordance with General City Law Section 27-A.
