FIRST READING ORDINANCES: 1. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to the settlement of certain tax review proceedings. 2. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an amendment to a previously approved license agreement between the City and Metro North Commuter Railroad Company authorizing the City to grant certain permanent easements to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority instead of Metro North Commuter Railroad Company as previously authorized in connection with the renovation of the White Plains Railroad Station. 4.
