FIRST READING ORDINANCES: 1. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to the settlement of certain tax review proceedings. 2. Ordinance authorizing the settlement of certain tax review proceedings. 3. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an amendment to a previously approved license agreement between the City and Metro North Commuter Railroad Company authorizing the City to grant certain permanent easements to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority instead of Metro North Commuter Railroad Company as previously authorized in connection with the renovation of the White Plains Railroad Station. 4. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains to provide, pursuant to Chapter 674 fo the Laws of 2003, the age 55 retirement without the benefit reduction of Section 375-1 or 375-j of the Retirement and Social Security Law to eligible firefighters. 8.
