Public Hearing in relation to Introductory Local Law No. 1 for 2025, entitled “A Local Law confirming the extension until December 31, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 245 of the Laws of 2024, of the imposition of a Room Occupancy Tax originally authorized by Chapter 95 of the Laws of 2009, Section 1202-aa of the Tax Law, and established by Local Law No. 2 for 2009, and amended by Local Law No. 2 for 2012, Local Law No. 2 of 2015, Local Law No. 2 for 2018, Local Law No. 2 for 2021 and Local Law No. 2 for 2024 codified in Chapter 2-4, Article III, Division 7 of the White Plains Municipal Code.”

Local Law No. 1 for 2025 confirming the extension until December 31, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 245 of the Laws of 2024, of the imposition of a room occupancy tax originally authorized by Chapter 95 of the Laws of 2009, Section 1202-aa of the Tax Law, as established by Local Law No. 2 for 2009, and amended by Local Law No. 2 for 2012, Local Law No. 2 for 2015, Local Law No. 2 of 2018, Local Law No. 2 for 2021 and Local Law No. 2 for 2024 and codified in Chapter 2-4, Article III, Division 7 of the White Plains Municipal Code.
